The Remote TRH sensor is a cost effective and highly accurate sensor designed for cleanroom and controlled environment applications.

The Remote TRH sensor is available in two models TRH-03-25 and TRH-02-15. The TRH-03-25 comes with ±0.3°C and ±2.5% RH accuracy. The TRH-02-15 is available with a display option and ±0.2°C and ±1.5% RH accuracy. The Remote sensor uses the latest sensor technology which offers long-term stability and resistance against pollutants. With NIST Traceable multipoint calibration and IP65/NEMA 4 rated enclosure, the Remote TRH is ideal for cleanroom applications.

Temperature Sensor

The Remote RTD is a small cost effective high accuracy temperature sensor suited for cleanroom applications and for monitoring laboratory equipment where product is stored. Ideal for incubator, oven, fridge and freezer applications in your facility or basic room monitoring and storage facility monitoring for product storage.

With an easy installation and IP65 rated cable outlet and IP65/NEMA 4 enclosure, the Remote RTD is most suitable for cleanroom applications when requiring high protection class. The easy install design enables secure mounting on vertical or horizontal surfaces. Only one CAT 5/6 cable is required for power and communications.

Differential Pressure

The Remote DP Sensor has been designed for cleanroom operations with an IP67 rated housing and easy field service features. The Remote DP Sensor combines a flexible field selectable range, output and calibration options. A local display allows for cleanroom personnel to easily identify room specifications before entering sterile rooms.

The Remote DP Sensor has an accuracy of ±1.0% or can come with a more sensitive 0.5% accuracy over the full range. The sensor has been designed for easy on-site installation and comes in wall, cabinet and duct mounted versions with fixed or extended probes to enable installation in challenging situations. The Remote DP Sensor uses a stainless steel capacitive design with an advanced capacitive element that provides excellent reliability and stability with low measuring ranges available

Air Velocity

The Remote AV Sensor is the ideal solution for unidirectional flow and ventilation monitoring in cleanroom environments and for HVAC applications.

The Remote AV Sensor has a highly accurate sensor for measurement of low air velocity and is most suitable for cleanroom and controlled environment device monitoring such as isolators, cabinets and biological safety cabinets. With its excellent high accuracy thin film sensor the Remote AV Sensor offers great accuracy at low velocities down to 0.15m/s (30ft/min).

With an LCD option with backlight the Remote AV Sensor allows for high visibility in process conditions, lower angular dependence allows for an easy and low risk installation.

Only one CAT 5/6 cable is required for power and communications.

Rooster™ Monitor100

Overview
The RoosterTM Monitor100 is the next-generation airflow monitor for chemical fume hoods. With a glove-friendly, color touch-screen and onscreen messaging, the Monitor100 is intuitive and requires virtually no training. Using temperature
compensated, Degree Controls’ instrumentation class air velocity sensing, calibration is faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

Built according to industry feedback, users will findthey do not need to continually refer to a manualto operate. The GUI guides the operator through
procedures with on-screen instructions. Users can also add laboratory specific information, such as Safety Officer phone numbers and unique asset tags via the built-in USB port. To future proof your investment, firmware updates are achieved by simply plugging in a USB memory stick and power cycling
the unit.

Single and multiple event alarms are clearly displayed to the user, and the INFO button allows instant access to calibration date, alarm thresholds, and other critical system information. The Monitor100 conveys status by updating the background color of the screen and critical safety alarms are augmented
with a blinking LED. Dual password protection allows users to personalize operational experience, but not override safety features set by facility managers.

Powered by supplied wall adapter or 24VDC/VAC cabinet supply, the Monitor100 uses two flow-through sensor types, which may include a removable, and washable air screen. Rooster™ Airflow Alarm

Overview
Designed to provide the safety and compliance you need for BSC’s and Fume Hoods that do not meet current NSF & OSHA regulations — or to add that layer of security needed for your laboratory technicians. The Rooster™ Alarm provides full time tracking of air velocities within your cabinet for exhaust system to ensure air movement never falls below the user-defined thresholds. In the
alert mode, a highly visible red LED light will flash and the volume-adjustable audio alert will announce. The Rooster™ is easily reset with the illuminated button. This reset can be defined by EH&S Facility management to be either latching or repeatable based on your laboratory’s policy. The Rooster™ represents next generation airflow alarm technology, combining a rich set of customizable features withunprecedented ease of installation and
configuration.

Simple 10 minute installation with flexible mounting options and airflow turbulence indicator assures perfect placement of the remote sensor. Whether you need an exhaust duct-mounted probe sensor for your Class II biosafety cabinet, a fume hood sidewall sash-flow sensor, or an in-line retro-fit
replacement sensor for noncompliant monitors, each option easily plugs into the Rooster™ Alarm Module via the RJ-11 plug. The Rooster™ Alarm also has a

Options
Most of the user features can be set with the DIP switches found on the back of the Rooster module. Refer to the Quick Start Guide for more information.
In-field feature programming and the ability to use the Rooster as a real-time airflow meter can be achieved by using a Windows® PC computer with a
USB connection to the Rooster Module. The optional cable and Rooster software is available through DegreeC Customer Support.
