Removable Pop Off Front Cover
Removable Pop-Off™ front cover for easy set-up and cleaning
Easi Sleeve port System for direct hands in access
Ezee Sleeve™ port systems for direct hands-in access to the chamber, without compromising the integrity of the internal environment
Internal HEPA filtration
Internal HEPA filtration delivers unrivaled air cleanliness ratings within the chamber for optimal growth conditions
The SCI-tive range of advanced physiological workstations are designed to mimic ‘in-vivo’ conditions providing a continuous cell culture environment which eliminates cellular stress linked to variations in temperature, pH and oxidation. With the SCI-tive, you can study even the most complex cell interactions under mimicked physiological oxygen conditions. With more than a decade of customer feedback and experience, our workstations have been refined to meet your specific needs.
Baker – SCI-tive Hypoxia Workstation from Baker Ruskinn
Baker Ruskinn’s SCI-tive range of advanced hypoxia workstations is perfectly suited for cell culture under physiological oxygen, helping to yield better stem cell lines by eliminating cellular stress linked to variations in temperature, pH and oxidation. SCI-tive’s closed cell culture environment mimics in vivo conditions with precise, user-defined controls, allowing you study even the most complex cell interactions. Its spacious interior provides a continuous, controlled-oxygen environment, from seeding through expansion, assay and harvest, and easily accommodates a variety of analytical equipment – no more working on an open bench. SCI-tive’s optional HEPA filtration system provides clean air within the work area to protect cultures from contaminants, and an upgraded enhanced containment package provides user protection.
Baker – SCI-tive Dual Dual Chamber Hypoxia Workstation from Baker Ruskinn
aker – SCI-tive Dual Dual Chamber Hypoxia Workstation from Baker RuskinnBaker Ruskinn’s SCI-tive Dual hypoxia workstation allows you to work with two independently controlled atmospheres for cell culture under physiological oxygen. As with the single SCI-tive hypoxia workstation, SCI-tive Dual’s closed cell culture environment mimics in vivo conditions with precise, user-defined controls, allowing you study even the most complex cell interactions. The spacious interior provides a continuous, controlled-oxygen environment, from seeding through expansion, assay and harvest. The large pass-through interlock has its own temperature and oxygen control, and it holds a variety of flasks, dishes and tubes for easy transfer to the left and right chambers. Both the Symmetrical and Asymmetrical models easily accommodate a variety of analytical equipment – no more working on an open bench. The Asymmetrical model’s right-hand chamber is built to house even larger equipment, such as inverted and atomic force microscopes. SCI-tive Dual’s optional HEPA filtration system provides clean air within the work area to protect cultures from contaminants, and an upgraded enhanced containment package provides user protection.
Ideal for Animal Research Models, the VelO2x system is designed to provide controlled and isolated environments. By mimicking the conditions experienced within a diseased state, VelO2x allows the Researcher to better understand the impact that O2 levels have in conditions such as sleep apnea and cardiac arrest. VelO2x comprises an ICONIC Gas Mixer (offering pinpoint control of O2) connected to an isolated chamber (sufficient for certain animals).
Baker Ruskinn is a global leader and supplier of anaerobic and precision low oxygen culture systems for microbiology and tissue/cell culture applications. Its advanced line of anaerobic chambers, physiological cell culture workstations and media conditioning solutions enable superior research results by providing precisely controlled conditions for anoxic and low-oxygen studies.
OxyGenie is a low oxygen culture system for plant and cell biology. A miniaturized incubation platform, OxyGenie delivers researchers a small, portable and continuous physoxic (hypoxic) environment for short term physiological oxygen and temperature studies.
OxyGenie is ideal for conducting high resolution microscopy or irradiation under physiological oxygen conditions, further extending the time in which your cells can be exposed to in vivo like cell growth conditions. OxyGenie is a key tool for use in proof of concept or start-up validation for physiological cell culture within your lab, with minimal risk.
