Panel Filters

ALPA’s Washable Panel Filters filters are cleanable / washable panel filters made up of non woven, high lofted synthetic (polyester) filter media and are available in various efficiency grades ranging from G3 to F4. Washable Panel Filters filters offer very high dust arrestance and dust holding capacity than the other types of similar grade panel filters. So it is an ideal pre filter which extends the life of the high efficiency filtersand it is the right choice medium efficiency panel filter suitable for applications where secondary filters are not used. The Washable Panel Filters are ideal for automotive paint booth pre-filtration and is available in 48mm and 95mm deep box frames.
Washable Panel Filters are flat panel filters made up of G3/G4 grade synthetic filter media. In this model the filter media pad is encased in a metallic framework (galvanized steel or aluminium), bonded properly to ensure leak free operation. A wore mesh having 98% open area is provided on the upstream and downstream which reinforces and supports the filter media.

Overview
The G90 family are fi lters of medium efficiency, both inexpensive and disposable .The filtration media is laminated to a wire grid that creates its
efficient radial shape and prevents sagging or collapse, even under difficult conditions.
Design and Construction
The G90 family of filters are made from die cut frame rigid cardboard, which makes them resistant to humidity and provides them with extra durability when assembled. The grid board supports on each side of the filter are built into
the frame. These supports are also attached to each pleat in the frame to ensure stability and consistent spacing of the pleats. The filtration media is glued to the entire frame to prevent any air bypass. The media consists of a combination of non-woven cotton and polyester, specifically designed for high dust-loading capacity.
