Our portable, easy to use airflow tools are configurable to meet the specific needs of your application.
Assess & improve ventilation system performance with airflow measurement & analysis tools.
Designed to meet the measurement and analysis needs of professionals, Degree Controls’ airflow tools empower users with the ability to monitor and evaluate the performance of their systems, and improve products and processes with measurement results. Airflow tools and instruments are ideal for a variety of industries including laboratory and cleanroom, HVAC, data center and telecommunication, and industrial.
Multi-point measurement of air velocity, temperature, and humidity are crucial steps in product design and development phases. When testing conditions require numerous, simultaneous measurement locations, the single-point measurement approach is expensive, time-consuming, and often yields inaccurate results. Plug and play airflow testing has never been so easy with the °C Port Series of multi-point data acquisition instruments.
The °C Port is a multi-channel data acquisition instrument for measuring air velocity, temperature, and humidity. It has been used by designers, engineers, and data analysts for over 25 years where airflow performance is mission-critical and integral to long-term product reliability.
The Degree Controls instrumentation platform provides users with comprehensive, easy to use solutions for multipoint airflow sensing, data acquisition, and analysis. USB sensors, °C Port data logging instruments, and Windows®-based AccuTrac™ software are all designed to work together, as a unified system. Our USB sensors and °C SPAR linear sensing arrays connect directly to °C Port data acquisition instruments.
System Configurations
°C Port may be purchased as an Ethernet only device, or with added Wi-Fi capability. The °C Port3600 collects up to 36 points of air velocity, temperature, and humidity data in real-time, and multiple °C Ports may be networked together to aggregate up to 180 simultaneous readings within a single session of AccuTrac™. For smaller scale applications, the °C Port1200 provides 12 sensor input channels.
With an internal pressure sensor to compensate for changing ambient conditions during a test, the °C Port provides users with the best accuracy at all times. °C Port also includes a built-in LCD display for easy viewing of IP address information as well as connection status.
