Celeris Control Valve

High-performance, variable air volume airflow control valves for fume hood intensive, high-level containment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Solutions / Applications

Phoenix Controls many years of experience started with critical laboratory controls where life safety is

paramount. Safety is the fundamental base for all products and applications we develop. While

laboratory airflow is the largest part of our business we have branched out into vivariums, biocontainment,

cyclotron, forensic, petrochemical and other markets such as healthcare.

While each of these types of facilities has unique requirements there are common elements such as

100% outside air, concern about energy costs, emergency response and long term maintenance.

Advantages of Phoenix Controls

  • We have addressed these concerns with unique technologies and approaches such as Usage Based
  • Controls, Optimizer, Phoenix VIEW and Supervisor dashboards that connect users to their systems in a
  • way that provides useful information to run their buildings safer, smarter, in compliance and energy
  • Critical Applications

The VALVE-CELERIS is a control valve by Phoenix that is used whever high speed actuation is required. Typically used in wet chemistry applications where fume hoods are present, Celeris is used to ensure safety of the user at the fume hood.

Celeris is a highly configurable control platform that builds on the accuracy of the Phoenix Controls venturi valve. The valves provide uncompromised fume hood containment and directional airflow ensuring complete safety to the user. Phoenix Controls valves do not require straight duct runs, either upstream or downstream. This reduces the overall cost to the user. The valves have high turndowns that provides opportunities to save energy. All these features make the valve cost efficient, reliable and the performance, efficient.

Celeris Advantages

  • Operator safety
  • Room pressurization
