Meling Biomedical - 25 ℃ series products are equipped with efficient refrigeration system, accurate control system and scientific structural design to create safe low-temperature storage space for customers. This series of products use hydrocarbon freon free refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Precise temperature control system ensures uniform and stable temperature in the chamber. The well-developed audible & visible alarm system ensures the safety of samples and vaccines.
Structure
The freezer is equipped with a 76mm foam door, which effectively prevents the loss of cold air and has excellent insulation performance
The door is equipped with a lock and key to provide a safe cryogenic storage space for samples.
The external material is pre-coated steel plate, and the internal material is sprayed aluminum . Both are corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
There is twoΦ25mm access ports on the left side of the freezer, convenient to monitor /test/ back-up equipment.
This freezer has 12 ABS drawers, which are convenient for taking samples.
4 universal wheels and 2 foot brakes for easy movement and fixation.
Control system
The well-developed audible & visible alarm system (High temperature alarm, Low temperature alarm, Sensor failure alarm, Power failure alarm, Low battery power alarm, Communication failure, Door opening alarm, Recorder not connected alarm, Recorder not started alarm, High ambient temperature alarm, Remote alarm interface ) makes it safer for storage.
The equipped built-in data-logger can export up to 12 months of temperature data (that has not been exported) through USB port, either automatically or manually.
The RS485 interface is capable of defining and transferring critical temperature data of the equipment by the MODBUS protocol.
The microprocessor controller can display temperature in 0.1℃ increments.
The cabinet is equipped with a high-sensitivity temperature sensor to ensure constant internal temperature.
The battery life is within the range of 36-48 hours, which can meet the power demand of the freezer control system after power failure and ensure the vaccine safety.
Refrigeration system
