For temporary isolation and transportation of a person or infected item
Overview:
The IsoArk N 36-4H Isolation Chamber is an ideal temporary solution to rapidly isolate and transport a person or an item that is thought to be contaminated by infectious particles or diseases before moving them to an isolated area for safe treatment.
The isolation chamber is equipped with its own negative-pressure filtration system to provide maximum protection and operational safety for both the contaminated person or item and the operational team.
SYSTEM FEATURES:
Description:
The IsoArk N 36-4H Isolation Chamber is assembled and ready for use within minutes. The unit can operate on workshop or laboratory floors as a stand-alone unit, or be secured onto a flat surface such as a bed, workbench, trolley, or stretcher.
The IsoArk N 36-4H is unique in its ability to maintain isolation in multiple patient positions and can utilize built-in stretcher belts for safe and secure patient transport. The air entering the IsoArk N 36-4H Isolation Chamber passes through the first HEPA filter, filtering the air for the patient, and then exits to the outside environment through another HEPA filter, preventing the spread of contamination. The air inlet is covered with a special partition in order to prevent contamination of the chamber.
The IsoArk N 36-4H allows the end user the flexibility to use different types of gloves. The unit has a double zipped pouch, which acts as a mini airlock and allows the safe transfer of objects in to the chamber (for example, medicine, paper-work, etc.), without the threat of spreading contamination.
The blower is equipped with a battery back-up that allows the system to be independent of an external power source for up to 10 hours (with full charge). The blower can be connected with a belt to the chamber. The chamber liner is made from a special material and strengthened by inserting aluminium poles along each side of the structure. The IsoArk N 36-4H has four integrated zipped glove portals on each side for internal working access while the chamber is closed, and several small zipped portals integrated into the liner, which can be used for infusions, catheter equipment, etc. When not in use, the entire system can be easily dismantled and folded for very compact storage.
